Our Mission Statement-

We view ourselves as an organization with the responsibility of matching our clients needs in commercial and residential real estate to the opportunities available in the marketplace. We do this by providing information to our clients, which we feel, meets or exceeds their expectations. We strive to create efficiency of the commercial real estate marketplace to help our clients achieve their goals.

We accomplish our mission statement by taking the interest of our clients to the marketplace by using the means available to us as professional real estate practioners. By networking through our various professional organizations, the brokerage community, community organizations and property owners we can provide a vast array of information, properties, and real estate counseling.

The Services We Provide-

We are a full-service commercial real estate company. We provide services to buyers and sellers, and lessors and lessees of office, industrial and retail properties. We can help our clients in the buying, selling, leasing, and managing of their properties. As an added service to our clients, we have the ability to handle most types of residential properties as well.

Our Geographical Area-

Our geographic boundaries are that of Napa and Solano Counties. We concentrate in these areas in order to provide utmost service to our clients.

Our client characteristics are broad, ranging from an individual user of an office or retail storefront, a homeowner, an investor in commercial, industrial property or residential real estate, to a larger corporate user who may be looking to expand or relocate in the market area.

Our Founder-

Burt M. Polson started ACRES Real Estate Services Inc in 1996 after discovering a need in the community for a commercial real estate brokerage with strong beliefs in customer service.
