preservation. We do this by providing education and consulting
services, financial analysis and planning of your real estate
investments, identifying opportunities: when to dispose and when to
acquire real estate investments and current portfolio management.
Management Plan-
ACRES Real Estate Services develops and implements a detailed asset
management plan for each client and for each property. Each
property’s strategies are tailored to integrate a proactive
management approach which focuses on asset preservation, marketing &
leasing and tenant retention to achieve our clients’ goals and
objectives. We service many types of properties from Class ‘A’
office to retail, industrial and residential real estate. Our
clients range for single property ownership to large portfolio’s and
corporate entities.
Level of Service-
We
have learned the owner of a property may desire to perform a level
of management themselves as they feel comfortable. We can develop a
flexible plan that includes certain services provided by the owner.
In respect, we also have different levels of our fee structure
respective of the level of service provided.
